Photo taken yesterday at sunset on 3rd at Larch St. in Kitsilano, Vancouver.
Aside: I’ve decided that I like lens flare.

Another amazing shot Lisa. I also agree that lens flare can often be your friend. This shot contains a lot of mood.

Thanks Darrell. i’ve always loved playing with lens flare in photos, because i love how it looks in films. although I think there is a place and a time for it and if you capture the perfect flare in your shot, to me it adds another visually stimuating aspect.

Be-lovely picture. Really like it. You have a talent. And I’m jealous.

Nice shots for sure. Maybe you could come out to the rally to stop the Gateway Project on Saturday and take a few shots and post them. Vancouver, especially the Delta thru Chilliwack areas won’t be so beautiful for much longer if this project goes thru. Please, if you can, its at the East Ladner Community Hall, just take the exit on Hwy 99 to Hwy 10 East and drive until you see a large white building on a corner. It has a large barrel roof, can’t miss it. Hope you can make it. March 31 , 2-5 pm.
Cheers, Nic
