Dear fellow Vancouverites & West Coasters,
Does anyone else think that this weather we’ve been having is really weird??
It’s and sunny at the same time with misty rainbows in the sky…. or it’s rainy and windy and cold… or it’s rainy and really muggy and sticky…or it’s raining so much it actually hurts… ouch!!! or it’s rainy all day and then at exactly 6:30pm the sun comes out for a few hours…
That’s weird right?

It’s been really chilly this past week. My family is visiting here from their home in the deep jungle of North Carolina and this weather has them looking for igloos. I’ve been trying to convince them and all other American tourists that igloos don’t exist anymore–thanks to Al Gore, of course. No seriously, the weather is kind of creepy and I don’t know what to make of the nightly apparitions of sunlight–UFO’s perhaps.

Hi Lisa. This photo is breathtaking. I don’t know how you manage to capture these shots so perfectly. You are very very talented. This brings me to my second point. Today I sat down and checked out your RedPilot website. I know, I know….I’m really late, but let me tell you that I’m utterly amazed and what you and Ryland have done with the site. It’s amazing! You obviously have worked very very hard on it and I can see great things in the future for you both. Please let me extend me hearty congratulations on work well done. I’m truly impressed and will be sure to promote Red Pilot as much as possible.

Thanks Carrie. That means a lot to me. We have been working hard and learning a lot in the process. it really feels so incredible to create again. after being in school for so long and searching for a job and lifestyle that would combine all the things I love: photography, making videos, writing music, organizing, designing, continually learning new things while working in a positive environment.
i am very excited to see where this takes us… sometimes it feels like we are taking such a huge risk to “put all our eggs in one basket” as they say, but we have secured quite a few contracts for this summer, so hopefully we’ll be out of the red and into the positive very soon!
