Lisa Bettany is a blogger, vlogger, photographer, media producer, actress, model, and geek.

I currently live in beautiful Vancouver, BC, Canada and co-run Redpilot, a multimedia company that produces videos, music, and photos. (Website is so close to completion. She can almost taste the CSS).

I spend most of my waking moments attached to my Mac(s), editing and producing sweet videos, writing music on my Larrivee guitar, blogging, auditioning for ridiculous sci-fi roles on B-list horror flicks, then eating heaps of biscuits, and reflecting on life 2.0 styles:

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Linguistics and a Master’s Degree in Linguistics, specifically acoustics and articulatory phonetics of early infant speech development. I’ve studied 3 other languages in depth: French, Spanish, and Russian

I competed nationally in figure skating (ice dance) until 2000, when my partner dropped me, and I hurt my back and couldn’t skate anymore.

I play the flute (yes I was in band) and guitar and sing and write songs. I love music almost as much as dancing and I love to bust a move on a regular basis.

I mostly come out at night… mostly. Uber night owl. Call me after 1pm. Thx.
